You may check the Order Form via the website or message me directly to request it. Before filling it out, please don’t forget to ask for scent availability first!
I accept payments through GCash, Maya, and BPI. Payment details will be included in your invoice after you submit the form.
Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after payment. If there are any delays, I’ll let you know as soon as possible. Orders placed on Saturdays after 4:00 PM will be processed the following business day (Monday).
Shipping is available via J&T Express and LBC — you may choose your preferred courier when placing your order. Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, any issues (like loss or damage) must be filed directly with them, as Kavalier is no longer responsible during transit.
Orders can no longer be changed or canceled once they’ve been processed. If an item is out of stock, I’ll notify you right away and offer a refund or replacement.
Yes, everything is blended and bottled by hand in small batches. I don’t have big machines or a team behind me :') every bottle is carefully prepared, packed, and shipped by one person (that’s me!). Each step is done with intention and care before your order reaches you.
Only for defective or incorrect items, within 7 days of receiving your order. Please make sure to include a photo or video as proof.
To keep your scents at their best, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. Avoid leaving them in hot cars or bathrooms, as heat and moisture can affect the fragrance over time. With proper care, your perfumes will stay beautiful and long-lasting.
